This first issue of JMMPC celebrates the creation of the Museum of Modern Mythology and Pop Culture. It is a welcome and an introduction to unbridled imagination, and to the culmination of thousands of years of Myths, Legends, and Folklore---Modern Mythology, Pop Culture, and the Super Hero. This issue will be devoted to two introductory Feature Articles, and the Regular Features. Future issues will contain the format of several Feature Articles and the Regular Features.
